Prices typically range from around 1,800 to 2,500 MAD (≈ 180–250 €) per adult depending on the operator and inclusions. Our flights include hotel pickup, the flight, a flight certificate, a traditional rooftop breakfast and all taxes.

Dress in layers. Mornings are cool — long trousers, closed shoes and a warm jacket you can remove later. A hat helps because the burners are warm overhead. Avoid loose scarves near the basket.

Yes. Our pilots are licensed by the Moroccan civil aviation authority. Balloons are inspected regularly and we only fly when weather is within strict safety limits. Flights are cancelled and refunded if conditions aren't safe.

The flight itself lasts 45 to 60 minutes. The full experience, including hotel pickup, transfer, briefing, flight, breakfast and return, takes about 4 to 5 hours.

If we cancel for weather or safety reasons, you can either rebook for another date or get a full refund — no questions asked.

Children from 2 years old are welcome with a parent. Children under 12 fly at a reduced rate. Infants under 2 are not permitted.

Pickup is approximately one hour before sunrise — usually between 4:30am and 5:30am depending on the season and where your hotel is. We confirm the exact pickup time the evening before.

From the open plains roughly 40km north of Marrakech. The transfer from your hotel to the launch site takes about 45 minutes.
